非宝洁员工使用宝洁软件的条款和条件

使用本软件之前请详细阅读以下内容:

1 本人清楚本人不是宝洁（中国）营销有限公司及/或其任何附属、关联企业（以下统称“宝洁公司”）的员工。本人已被本人所就职的用人单位安排提供与宝洁公司产品相关的服务，包括使用这个应用程序(以下简称“本软件”)反馈信息，使用本软件是本人经本人用人单位安排的必要工作职责和内容。本人严格按照本人用人单位的要求安装和使用本软件。 本人自愿并同意宝洁公司通过本软件进行的所有信息的收集、处理、传输、存储和使用。
2 为保证与宝洁产品相关服务的真实性、准确性、完整性、有效性和合法性，本人同意接受来自宝洁公司或其委托的服务商的审计、检查，该审计、检查的方式、时间、范围、内容完全由宝洁公司决定。
3 本人对本软件的使用以及本人接受任何来自宝洁公司或宝洁公司委托的服务商的奖励、培训、审计、检查（包括但不限于通过本软件）均不代表本人与宝洁公司存在任何劳动、劳务、雇佣、用工关系。在任何情况下，本人的用人单位均为与本人签订劳动合同的单位或公司。
4 本人同意，宝洁公司委托的本软件运营服务商、宝洁使用的基础电信运营商、本人的用人单位有权对本人在本软件上输入或提交的本人的个人信息进行收集、使用、传输、分析、存储和处理，并同意其将本人个人信息传输至中国（此处的中国仅指中国大陆地区，不包括香港、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区）境外进行收集、使用、传输、分析、存储和处理。前述该等个人信息包括但不限于本人姓名、照片、电话、手机号码、电子邮箱、地址、所在城市、服务门店、地理位置、手机及其他移动通讯设备的设备识别码、IP地址、服务时间等本软件程序使用和运作过程中涉及的个人信息。本人清楚宝洁公司遵守适用于收集、处理个人信息的所有法律和法规，且宝洁公司确保采取合理措施保护本人的个人信息和其他信息。由本人的用人单位、本软件运营服务商、宝洁使用的基础电信运营商直接收集并使用、传输、分析、存储和处理的个人信息以及其它相关信息遵照该单位的有关条款和条件。
5 本人确认本人在本软件上输入或提交至本软件的所有信息、资料、数据、图片、视频等，均真实、准确、完整、合法、有效，并符合该信息、资料、数据、图片、视频等上传之条件和目的。如宝洁公司认为本人输入或提交的信息、资料、数据、图片、视频等有任何虚假、不真实、不准确、不合法或无效之处，或本人存在任何伪造、篡改、不诚信、欺诈等行为，本人需承担相应后果，且宝洁公司有权追究本人的法律责任。
6 本软件包含宝洁公司保密信息。本人在提供与宝洁公司产品相关服务过程中接触到的信息（包括但不限于本软件上发布、输入、提交的信息）均为宝洁公司的保密信息，本人负有保密义务，且仅能将其用于宝洁公司服务之目的。本人不得将任何宝洁保密信息分享、披露给宝洁公司之外的第三方，除非本人得到宝洁公司明确授权。如本人未能遵守前述保密义务，本人将承担有关法律责任。
7 本人清楚，为信息安全、服务核实和其他合法业务目的，宝洁公司可能对本软件上发生的所有行为进行监控，包括但不限于登录时间，登出时间，登录地点，登录期间，浏览记录，查阅、添加、删除、编辑和/或下载任何信息、文档、文件。
8 本条款中未尽事宜详见本软件有关页面的内容。本人同意本软件中发布的所有条款、规则、内容、设置、通知等以及其后不时更新、修改的版本，该等条款、规则、内容、设置、通知等对本人均具有约束力。本人对本软件的使用即构成本人对本软件发布的所有条款、规则、内容、设置、通知的同意。

我已仔细阅读和充分理解以上内容并同意以上条款，本人同意遵照执行,并保证使用本软件的过程中严格遵守本软件有关使用指引、规则、条款以及中国有关网络、信息安全的法律法规规定。

Terms & Conditions of
Non-P&G Employee Use P&G Software

Please read the following content carefully before using this software:

1 I understand that I am not an employee of Procter & Gamble (China) Sales Co., Ltd. and /or any of its subsidiary or affiliate companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "P&G”). I have been assigned by my employer company to provide P&G product related services, including using this application (hereinafter referred to as “the software”) to feedback information, and using the software is necessary job duty and content which are assigned and arranged by my employment company. I will strictly comply with my employer company’s requirements to install and use the software. I’m voluntary and agreeing P&G to collect, process, transfer, store and use all data and information through the software.
2 To ensure the authenticity, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness and legitimacy of the P&G product related services, I agree to accept the audit and inspection conducted by P&G or its authorized service providers, and the manner, time, scope and content of the audit and inspection are solely determined by P&G.
3 I state and represent that my use of the software and my receiving any award, training, audit, inspection (including without limited to receiving aforesaid items through the software) from P&G or its authorized service providers does not represent or indicate any labor, labor service, employment or employment relationship between me and P&G. In any case, my employer company is the entity or company which concludes and signs labor contract with me.
4 I agree that P&G, the software operation service provider authorized by P&G, the basic telecommunication operator used by P&G and my employer company have the right to collect, use, transfer, analyze, store and process my personal information that I have entered or submitted into the software, I also agree those entities to transfer my personal information outside of China (here China refers only to mainland China, excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan region) for collection, usage, transfer, analysis, storage and processing. The aforesaid personal information includes without limited to my full name, photo, telephone number, mobile phone number, email address, address, resident city, service store, geographic location, device identification code of mobile phone and other mobile communication devices, IP address, service time and other personal information involved in the use and operation of the software. I clearly know that P&G complies with all laws and regulations applicable to the collection and handling of personal information and P&G ensures taking reasonable measures to protect my personal information and other information. The personal information and other information directly collected, used, transferred, analyzed, stored and processed by my employer company, the software operation service provider and the basic telecommunication operator used by P&G will be complying with their relevant terms and conditions.
5 I confirm all information, material, data, photo, video and other information that I have entered or submitted into the software are authentic, accurate, complete, legitimate, effective and in consistent with the conditions and purposes for those information, material, data, photo, video and other information to be uploaded. I shall take all consequences and P&G reserves the right to pursue my legal responsibilities when P&G believes that there is any false, inauthenticity, inaccuracy, illegal aspect or invalid aspect in my entered or submitted information, material, data, photo, video or other information, or there is any my behaviors of counterfeit, falsify, dishonesty, or fraud, etc.
6 The software contains P&G’s confidential information. The information (including without limited to the information publicized on, entered or submitted into the software) that I have access to when I am providing P&G product related services are all P&G’s confidential information, I am obliged to keep those information confidential and only use them for the purpose of providing P&G product related services. Unless expressly authorized by P&G, I shall not share or disclose any P&G’s confidential information to any third party. I will bear and take all relevant legal liabilities if I fail to comply with my aforesaid confidentiality obligation.
7 I clearly know, for the purposes of information security control, service verification and other legitimate business purposes, P&G may monitor all actions that occur in the software, including without limited to login time, logout time, log in address, login period, browsing history, viewing, adding, deleting, editing, and/or downloading any information, documents, files.
8 Other details of the matters not covered in this terms and conditions may be referred to in the relevant pages of the software. I agree to all terms, rules, content, settings, notification and their corresponding update versions from time to time which are publicized in the software, and those terms, rules, content, settings, notification are binding to me. My use of the software constitutes my consent to all terms, rules, content, settings, notification publicized in the software.

I have carefully read and fully understood the above content and agree to the above terms and conditions, I agree to comply with them and ensure the process of using the software to be in strict compliance with the relevant guidelines, rules and terms regarding the use of the software and the China laws and regulations about networks and information security.
